Key Tasks:
1. Working on company process management work like QMS, TIAX, Company Directive, Company Policy and FACTOR2 etc.
2. Working closely with department team to communicate the information about process establishing and reviewing.
3. Performing regular checking based on process plan or internal and external findings.
4. Preparing status report to summarize the information about company processes.
5. Assisting lead engineer in meeting preparation and meeting minutes recording etc..
6. Other tasks assigned by lead engineer from time to time.
7. Support monthly company project report.
8. Support purchasing tasks in projects.
Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, technical computer science or an equivalent education.
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
3. English language is mandatory.
