Responsibilities

•       Participate in domestic sales-related projects for car leasing and financial

•       Analyze the competitive situation on the Chinese car leasing market

•       Analyze and optimize current internal and external processes

•       Negotiate and communicate with vendor

•       Based on the process analysis suggest further process enhancements

•       Prepare training material for sales persons

•       Prepare sales reports for financial Leasing

•       Other works assigned by mentor and team members

•       Internal and external communication/coordination

•       Experience with social media will be a plus

Basic requirement

•  Guarantee student identity during the whole internship

•  Work for 4 days per week

•  At least able to work for 3 months internship

Qualification required

•  Oversea studying or working experience will be a plus

•  A basic understanding of the car financial and leasing market in China

•  High analytical skills

•  High executive and management ability

•  Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint

•  Detail oriented and good sense of responsibility

•  Fluent English both in writing and speaking

•  Good communication and interpersonal skills

•  Proactive and eager to learn
