Area of Responsibilities:

1.    Perform Customer needs & intended use Validation on multiple projects as an internal end user, and support and manage, accomplish and document the product validation process in conformance with the latest diagnostic medical device validation methnology.

2.    Participate in new product development and provide critical inputs based on application, user workflow, and user experience. In detail, he/she will:

²  Work with marketing team for user workflow and product requirement review.

²  Work with design team for design concept and product key performance review.

3.    Lead the exploratory research on frontier Pathology technology (include Histology, Molecular-biology, Cytobiology…)

4.    Serve as an application expert on multiple Innovation projects, provide the development trend of frontier Pathology technology and seek potential user needs.  

Person Specification：

1.    PhD in Medical/Biological Sciences/Chemicobiology/Pharmacy related major.

2.    Excellent English communication ability (verbal and written)

3.    Must be a good team player. High self-motivation. Act initiatively and proactively. Sense of driving result and moving project forward.

4.    Deep domain knowledge in histopathology practice including diagnosis would be prefer

5.    Global collaboration experience in matrix organization, ideally in medical device industry would be prefer.
