Assist the homeroom, Chinese or specialist teachers with tasks in and outside the classroom that include, but are not limited to, photocopying, display work, assisting with classroom routines, the creation of materials, laminating, ordering local materials, filling out requisition and transportation forms, communicating needs with PM and security when needed. 协助班主任、 中文或其他任课老师完成课堂内外的任务，包括但不仅限于：复印、展示作品、协助课程常规、材料准备、过塑、订购本地材料、填写请示或运输表格、需要时与物业和安保沟通。 2. Work individually and in small groups with students, both in and out of the classroom, for example with guided reading, small group investigations, translating content if needed. 独立开展工作, 协助学生阅读、小组讨论、翻译等。 3. Assist with documentation of student learning, particularly when it happens in Chinese. 协助学生学习存档，尤其是使用中文的。 4. Escort and supervise students between homeroom and specialist classes ensuring their safety. 在课间陪同或监督学生，确保其安全。 5. Escort students to the Nurse when needed. 陪同学生去医务室。 6. Escort students to the buses and communicate with bus monitors. 陪同学生上校车，并与校车管理员沟通。 7. Participate in and provide updates and feedback to teacher/parent meetings as necessary. 必要时参加家长会 并提供更新信息或反馈。 8. Assist in recording student progress, particularly when learning is communicated in Chinese. 协助记录学生学 习，尤其是使用中文的。 9. Converse with students and support language learning in both English and Chinese. 与学生交谈，帮助他们的 英文和中文学习。 10. Understand and implement BCIS and IB policies, procedures and practices. 理解并贯彻 BCIS 和 IB 课程的政策、流程及方式。
