Brief Description of Assignment: •Support making PowerPoint and Excel, sometimes do analysis work in IT team •Support organizing team activities, and communicate between departments and clients •Support user management including daily supporting mail box monitoring, first level issue handing and dispatch •Support IT Service Agreement Signoff process •Support innovation project including project coordination, video/script basic editing

Qualification Requirement: •Excellent oral and written English skills •Good Microsoft office skills, especially Excel PPT and word •Good Graphic design and video editing skills, especially Photoshop, Final Cut, Pr, Ae and etc •Good analytical and research skill •Good time management skills multi task capabilities and communication skills •IT or Advertising Graphic Design related major is preferred
