Key Job Accountabilities 主要职责：

1. Document filling,

- FG export e-filing, upstream paper filing (target to e-filing)

- Import duty payment and record

- Monthly billing checking and paper work preparation.

2. KPI reporting consolidation

- KPI tracing data maintenance in the excel tables for both upstream and IDC FG export

- Collect monthly PO from plants for upstream

- New R/M information collection and maintenance from sourcing department /plant MSDS document communicate with broker , to support sourcing STRONG project

- DED application monthly form upstream

- PD cost & SQD report via BI raw data. communicate with country for discrepancy

- DC productivity report: manager raw data from DC Perf system, communicate with country for discrepancy

3. GFF Project follow up

- FF performance/scope/cost post -tender evaluation

- Performance report design & evaluation with external service providers

4. GFC project implementation :

- KPI report template collections from country & verifying with DGO, further follow up with DHL main functions roll out.

Requirement:

Experienced in Microsoft Office application (EXCEL,PPT.BI)

Logistic major is preferred

Good at English oral &written

Min 3 full-days/week

1. Wage:170 RMB per day before tax
