【服务范围】
Mergers & acquisitions advisory (buy-side & sell-side): Advising clients seeking to expand a business through an acquisition, realize value through a disposal or restructuring, or contemplating an MBO or LBO.
Financing advisory: Advising clients on the critical issues arising during transaction, i.e. financing structure, fund sourcing, cross-border remittance of purchase consideration.
Deal valuation and financial modeling.
兼并与收购咨询（买方和卖方）：为寻求通过收购来扩展业务，通过出售或重组实现价值，或为考虑进行管理层收购、杠杆收购的客户提供咨询服务。
融资咨询：向客户提供交易相关关键问题的融资咨询，例如：融资架构、资金来源、跨境资本流动等。

【岗位职责】
Prepare pitch/deal documents such as
proposals, teasers and information memorandums;
Assist to facilitate and conduct
market and industry research and analysis;
Assist to identify and approach
targets / investors;
Assist to develop valuation,
financial and strategic analysis;
Assist to provide buy-side,
sell-side M&A and financing advisory for cross-border and domestic
transactions to state-owned enterprises, multi-national companies, listed
or private domestic industrial companies and private equity;
Directly report to Associate /
Senior Associate / Manager.
准备前期推介或并购项目文档资料，比如：客户服务建议书、投资简介和信息备忘录；
协助进行市场和行业研究分析；
协助确定并接触目标公司或投资人；
协助进行估值、财务和战略分析；
协助为国企、外企、上市或私人民营企业、私募基金的跨境与境内交易提供买方或卖方并购和融资咨询；
直接向咨询顾问/高级咨询顾问/经理汇报
【任职要求】
1st year in
post-graduate, 4th year undergraduate with secured offer from a
graduate school, or in 3rd year undergraduate; a relevant
post-graduate/professional qualification (such as CFA/ACCA/CPA or
equivalent) will be highly regarded;
Relevant internship experience, an
understanding of business fundamentals such as investment banking, mergers
& acquisitions, strategic consulting, corporate finance and relative
businesses;
Proven analytical skills and
systematic problem solving ability;
Ability to logically structure a
deliverable storyboard
Good ability to communicate and
write verbally in English and Chinese;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Self-starter, able to work
effectively under light supervision and to demanding deadlines.
Prefer to work 4-5 days a week with
for at least 2 months;
On board date: the end of August
2019;
Salary: RMB 140/day (Before tax).
在读研究生、已保研或已拿到国外研究生录取的大四在读学生、或大三在读学生，拥有相关专业研究生学历或持有有相关专业资格证书（CFA/ACCA/CPA或其他相当的证书）的候选人将优先考虑；
拥有相关实习经验；对商业基本概念，比如投资银行业务、兼并收购、战略咨询、企业融资和相关业务有一定的理解；
拥有良好的分析能力和系统性解决问题的能力；
能够有逻辑地搭建项目案例，成果可直接交付；
的中英文口语和书写能力；
的人际交往能力；
做事主动，能够在较少监督和紧急的时间要求下高效完成工作；
每周到岗至少4天，5天，至少持续2个月；
入职时间：2019年8月底；
薪资：税前140元/天。
