Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation and management of the basic business of the region/project, and ensure the normal operation of the project;

2. Create customer service experience to achieve customer satisfaction, summarize and innovate the service process and standards and implement them;

3. Maximize the value of project operation and management through diversified operation and cost control;

4. Identify potential crises/risks, sort out related problems and form solutions, and reasonably control risks;

5. Reasonably allocate resources, coordinate internal relations and create external ecology (including relevant government functions);

6. Regional team building and talent training.
