要求:每周3-5天, 不短于 3个月 Key Responsibilities: Ø To be familiar with the day-to-day operations of various departments in the headquarters of the Group, including but not limited to Investment, Human Resources, and Administration. Ø Assist management and project managers in calendar management, meeting arrangement, project data collection, project management etc. Desired Experience and Characteristics: Ø Relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration etc. is highly preferred. Ø Well-organized self-starter who is able to manage and prioritize a range of tasks. Ø Strong judgment, critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both verbally and in written form. Ø Good team player with excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills; high sense of responsibility and result-oriented; be passionate and enthusiastic about working and learning. Ø High proficiency in both Mandarin and English. French, Japanese or Korean would be a plus. Ø Proficiency in MS Office Suites required and all other skills necessary for the work of functional departments.
