1. Create and update the E-BOM, initiate ECR (Engineering Change Request).

2. Give the necessary inputs & specification to the designer.

3. Involve and coordinate other engineering function. Contribute to design review & product robustness.

4. Ensure consistency between GD&T (incl. Tolerance stacks) and process feasibility.

5. Take lead product level Geometry Convergence process.

6. Contribute to the product validations.

7. Define BOP specifications and ensure robustness of BOP development (supporting ASQ).

8. Support PDL to reach quality/costs/timing targets of program. Propose and implement improvements actions.

Qualifications:

1. Engineering major.

2. High motivation, wiling to learn, teamwork, logical thinking, Ability to work under pressure.

3. English reading/writing ability.

4. Able to work in a multicultural environment.

5. Strong communication skills.

6. Availability to travel
