岗位职责：

1.活动素材、材料整理，PPT制作；

2.联系海内外客户并反馈其相关咨询协助活动物料对接；

3.协助对接供应商信息；更新顾客信息档案记录跟踪每份样品的报告时间节点以避免出现结果延误

4.参与现场活动执行；

5.Office软件的熟练使用和操作；

6.领导交代其他任务

任职要求： 1. College degree or above 2. CET-4 or equivalent at least 3. At least 1-year experience in customer service function of testing & inspection company/trading firm is preferred.  4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit 5. Diligent, self-motivated, and strong teamwork spirit 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills 7.
