Job Description

We are looking for interns to help with the strategic investment functions with the following details:

Research:

o   Help to conduct market research on various sectors related to real estate landscape.

o   Assist to organize, prepare and update timely research report.

o   Assist to conduct interview with experts and prepare the interview report and executive summary.

Investment:

o   Help to do investment market research, both macro and projects level, to support investment decisions.

o   Assist to coordinate and conduct due diligent.

o   Assist to prepare investment memo and other papers.

o   Help to prepare answers to questions from investors, banks and other partners.

o   Assist in the process of deal closing with various partners (seller, investor, bank, etc.).

o   Learn and understand investment cash flow models and investment analysis. 

Experience, Qualifications and Competencies

o   Top 10%% in GPA in his/her class, in financial or related majors.

o   Familiar with financial analysis, accounting or investment financials.

o   Proficient in Microsoft Excel modeling skills and PowerPoint.

o   Good attitude, communication and people skills.

o   Proficient with both spoken and written skills in English and mandarin.

o   Able to work at least 20 hours per week, on site and/or remotely, and able to travel domestically if needed.
