实习时长：5-6个月优先

到勤要求：4-5天/周，有事提前请假即可

面试流程：电话面试 + 现场面试

 

Key responsibilities:

- Support employee onboarding/exit process.

- Support Intern position hiring.

- Facilitate On-site training and training data analysis.

- Support employment contract renewal process.

- Support basic C&B operation, like OT check & consolidation.

- Support company activities such as Newsletter edit, Recognition Awards, Diversity/CR events, Sports competition, etc..

- Support HR documents signature, stamps, consolidation and filing.

- Support HR communication with employee if necessary.

- Work with HR BP on daily operation issues.

 Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above.

- 4 days per week, at least 6 months.

- Good command of English.

- Good Team player.

- Strong learning ability and detail oriented, can work independently.

- Positive attitude with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
