The job role is to provide support
to the digital team in Shanghai Bund Center. Work scope include playing with beta version
of the app and report bugs, desktop research, meeting minute taking, powerpoint
polishing, event planning, team coordination, expense claim filing, data entry
and validation tasks. The intern is
expected to have good work ethic, motivated, detailed oriented, and proficient
in English communication
Play with the app as much as possible and report reproducible issues. Assist with bug fix validation that are completed in the development queue. Assist with content accuracy checks of newly uploaded information that’s ready for deployment Coordinate and organizes information for the Digital team that is responsible for Hilton app development and enhancement. Conduct market research and market benchmarking exercises among different hotel and other related apps. Create, design, and/or refine visual presentations to ensure high level of professionalism. Attend meetings, take notes, and publish meeting minutes as necessary. Schedule and manage team calendar, make travel arrangements and handles expense claims Communicates and coordinates activities such as meetings, conference calls across functional teams (e.g. digital, marketing/ecommerce, call center) in different regions. Organizes team activities and events as they may occur. Assists with overseas team visits, arrange workshops and events.
