Job Description：

Mission and Purpose：

As an IT specialist intern, you will be working within an inspiring automotive environment and are responsible of supporting project managers in collecting business requirements and implementation of new technologies. Furthermore your role will be assisting in improvement and optimization of IT services, operations and related processes, as well as supporting some finance and administrative tasks for the department. You will be highly involved for early knowledge of technology and technology related trends in China with a potential impact on Audi not only in the traditional IT area, but also the pioneering digitalization topics (Big data, New mobility, e-Commerce, etc.).

Job Duties and Responsibilities：

- Project management support, preparation of presentations, reports, tracking of project tasks and activity lists - Support implementing IT strategic topics and digitalization initiatives, like car data analytics, car sharing, e-Commerce and e-charging & parking - Prepare test procedures and piloting of data analytics solutions, as well as mobile app development projects - Support execution and implementation of IT projects and ensure quality assurance - Collaboration and communication with other departments on IT related topics - Support preparation of beneficial and innovative proposals - Support planning, coordination and organization of workshops and regular meetings - Support Finance related proposals and processes within the department - Support Administrative tasks to facilitate the work within the department

Qualifications：

Background：

- Master or bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar

Professional Skills：

- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word) skills - Good knowledge in IT process, database, or mobile development, or other IT topics - Good understanding on data modeling, mathematics and statistics as well as analyzing skills

Competence Requirements:

- Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and self-organization - High ability to work with global mindset, across multiple countries and in a multi-cultural team - Structured, systematic and analytic working attitude - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Interested in new technologies and business solutions in the automotive industry

Language Skills:

- Good command of English both in speaking and writing - German (optional)
