JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Issue standard certification ( income/employment/Separation/visa application )
· P file management
· HR Plus system maintenance
· Contract renewal arrangement
· Birthday greeting communication
· Standard prcocedure follow up and control based on work flow( on boarding,exit etc)
· Regular Report ( Retention/issue log record etc)
· Org Chart maintanance
· Other Support assigned if any
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement
· Major in Human Resources Management or in business management is preferred.
Work Experience Requirement
· Internship experience in company especially in HR functions is preferred.
Skill/Competence Requirement
· Solid communication, organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
· Basic communication skills including speaking, reading and writing in English
· The ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
Personal Characteristics Requirement
· Good in communication
· Strong learning capability and willing to learn and continuous improvement
· Good interpersonal skill
Language ability Requirement
· Basic English reading & writing skills is a must, Mandarin.
Computer literacy Requirement
· Personal computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
