设计物料，本成品，成品包装，满足现场需求。

n  Complete logistics investment on time,include package, warehouse device etc. and control the cost within budget.

在项目阶段按时完成物流相关投资,包括成品/半成品包装，仓库设置，线边料架等，费用控制在预算以内。

n  Build shopfloor pull system before SOP, ensure running smoothly in SOP phase.

在项目阶段完成物流现场拉动系统设置，包括定义拉动方式，零件放置位置及库位大小，DCP料架设置，看板准备等，保证量产时生产物流顺畅。

n  Train and transfer the new program information to other people in logistics department, ensure program soomthly run in plant.

对工厂物流其他人员培训交接新项目信息,确保项目向量产物流部门的顺利实施。

n  Program PC&L work package deliverables timing & quality control.

负责项目物流工作包的及时完成以及交付质量。

n  MIFA & MIFD establishment.

建立初版MIFA和MIFD。

n  Study and optimize the logistics costs associated with the processes

研究及优化物流成本相关的流程。

n  Be familiar with the PC&L tools and method and ensure provide the plant with them.

熟悉PC&L工具和方法,负责在公司内推动该方法和工具。

n  Other temporary task arranged by Line Manager.

直属经理交给的其他临时任务。

n  Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations

任职条件：

n  Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

n  Good English skills, both written and oral.

良好的英语口语及书面英语

n  Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude

良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度

n  Strong office soft ware, specially in excel.

熟练应用常见办公软件,尤其是EXCEL
