Summary Purpose of this roll is to monitor daily inventory level to minimum the discrepancies between systems. Locate the error msg in systems and find out the root cause to solve the issue. Focus on all stock related issue during daily operations, providing efficient respond to stock checking and drive a smooth operation flow to meet commercial requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Daily checking on inventory report & dashboard between SAP system and WMS. • Daily checking on inventory discrepancies and do the adjustment/transfer if needed. • Closely work with commercial team to ensure the accuracy of inventory. • Work with internal control, finance & warehouse team to complete weekly & monthly cycle count report. • Track the stock quality issue status and provide quick feedback to related teams • Collect & summarize warehouse operation data • Communicate with logistic vendor in inventory related requirements, such as photo taking, quality check, labelling, special case arrangement. • Communicate with internal team members of ATP /CSR/Fin team to ensure order flow go through timely. • Coordinate with Retail /EC /MKT team if necessary.
