主要职责:

Filling and document including chop, delivery, termination documents, retrieve the folder and modification

Reporting Calculation Documents preparation

Data input, include positive PCL input (Salesforce & P&I).

Sorting returned mail with wrong customer address

Manage DD Card Change
-
SMS Sending (Including Welcome/DD Card Deduction Confirmation/ before Due Day Reminder etc.)

Tax invoice verification and printing
-
Expense book checking for internal customers like FC/TM
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
教育/经历要求:
1、Requires an Associate Diploma or equivalent and basic English skills on reading/writing or CET-4 大专及以上,英语读写能力或CET-4。
2、Strong abilities on filing and documents management. 文档管理能力
3、Can perform 3 days per week for at least 3 months in 2020 每周一至周五平均出勤3天,实习时间3个月以上
