KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY ▪ Implement Analysis development with the specific and various goals in order to support the projects and commercial decisions
▪ Analyze website data on traffic patterns, order volume, conversion tunnel, navigation behavior, and product selection
▪ Conduct stakeholder-specific analyses including campaign analysis, customer segmentation and profiling, retention analysis, and lifetime value analysis and competitive market research
▪ Create, manage and distribute data and insights via reporting
▪ Propose, Implement and Follow re-targeting strategy
▪ Maintain page tagging standards and build business processes to streamline tagging conventions across web properties
▪ Work and communicate with IT teams and IT 3rd party companies to create business requirements, test implementations and continuously monitor data integrity for web analytics part.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ▪ At least 6 months working experience.
▪ Ability to use Google Analytics, including base code settings, custom report settings, goal settings, utm code settings, and more.
▪ Have the ablility to learn and explore, can solve cross-domain tracking, cross-device tracking and other special needs.
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
▪ Ability to produce reports independently, preferably with presentation.
▪ Being able to use Adobe Omniture and Baidu Tongji is a plus.
