Intern for GAM department (Global Assets Management) 

Job description: 

• GAM daily requests 

• GAM access creation 

• GAM password reset 

• Maintain and provide the assets from GAM to different Agency teams in global. 

• Check the legal validation (usage rights, media, durations etc.) of the assets, contact between Account team and Vendors to collect the files and extend the usage rights. 

• Prepare and participate in GAM training for internal new coming colleagues and Ford clients/ Agency in global. 

• Record and provide monthly updates and incident logs to Global GAM team. 

• Collect and prepare the metadata information for new created asset and upload into GAM. 

Requirement: 

1、有良好的英语基础， 良好的英语听说写能力 

2、有良好的计算机能力 

3、较强的抗压能力，处事灵活 

4、在校学生，2017毕业学生优先
