主要职责
Services include but may not be limited to:
· Meeting set up and coordination. Make Meeting Minutes and follow up actions.
· Vendor reporting management
· Coordinate with external service providers and internal colleagues for administrative formalities, including request of chop usage, tracker update , file archive, and etc.;
· Support Mobility projects, including Domestic Move Support, Expatriate Assignment Cost Analysis, Handbook design and Guide Book project
· Other related administration tasks required by Mobility Team.
工作职责:
· 会议安排与协调,记录会议纪要并跟踪会议讨论结果
· 管理外部供应商日常报告
· 与外部供应商和内部财务部门协调处理外籍派遣及安置相关事宜,包括公章申请,文件存档等;
· 支持团队项目,包括国内调动,外籍费用分析项目,外籍欢迎手册制定项目。
· 协助团队成员完成其他相关工作。
任职资格及能力
Skills/Capabilities:
· At least 4 days per week
· Customer service experience to expatriate incl. expatriate, relocation, immigration, etc. preferred;
· Bachelor Degree or above
· Fluent English, written and oral;
· Pay attention to detail;
· Good inter-personal skill;
· Mature, Self-disciplined and initiative
· 大学本科及以上,不限专业,有外籍客户服务相关经验者优先;
· 熟练使用office软件,英语读写能力良好;
· 主动积极,沟通能力好,认真负责;
· 每周可在岗4天,实习时间6个月及以上
