职责描述:
- Team Management and Training: Guide and manage the international content moderation team. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest policies and industry standards.
- Content Moderation Standards: Develop and continuously update global content moderation rules. Establish early warning and preventive measures for business and industry risks based on moderation operations.
- Content Moderation Process: Formulate and oversee the moderation processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of content moderation. Regularly optimize moderation processes and handle emergency issues and complex moderation cases promptly and accurately. Perform secondary quality checks on reviewed content to ensure the accuracy and consistency of moderation results.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to enhance moderation process efficiency.
任职要求:
- Master's degree or above, preferably in Management, Media, International Relations, Law, or related fields.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English for professional use. Additional language skills in German, French, Spanish (Latin American), preferred.
- Overseas study or work experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of various cultural and legal regulations across different countries and regions.
- Deep understanding of content standards, policies, and industry regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and cross-team collaboration skills, with some team management experience.
- Detail-oriented, patient, with a rigorous and principled work attitude, and a strong strategic vision.
- Proficient in using data analysis and reporting tools.
