. Work on a broad range of color and trim topics as part of a growing, multinational team of highly creative people

. Continuously explore and develop interior and exterior colors and materials

- Maintain an awareness of trends and developments in furniture, fashion and architecture design, and apply that knowledge to automotive design

- Closely collaborate with U/UX and geometry designers

- Understand and meet brand, marketing, manufacturing, cost and regulatory requirements

- Create visual presentations for each project by taking into consideration the aesthetic and functional qualities and incorporate innovative design solutions

- Oversee the development of materials and finishes from concept through to production

. Ensure consistency of colors and materials by color tuning and material mastering prior to production

- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced studio environment

. Able to deliver under tight time constraints

- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Design, Fine Arts or equivalent with specialization in fashion, textiles or a related field

- Strong knowledge of and interest in consumer trends in color and material preferences

- Good color vision and color perception

- Proficiency in Photoshop/llustrator

- Fluent in English
