[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: MB.OS System Integration Platform Testing Operations and Digitalization Management Objectives: - Support digital platform build-up through AI agent product development and test process automation - Drive resource platform internal process optimization and digitalization - Support mutiple platforms routine work and cross-functional coordination - Organize and coordinate open tasks, activities, and drive events of SI Platform Team Main Tasks: 1. Digital Platform Support (50%): - Develop AI-empowered agent products and automation tools using Claude Code, Codex, etc. (full-stack development) - Support digital test process optimization and implementation - Drive automation and innovation of internal workflows 2. Resource Platform Support (50%): - Support SI process digitalization via internal systems - Optimize internal process of resource platform - Assist in FSK, ESK, parts management and related operational tasks (import/export, logistics, EE upgrade, etc.) - Audit support including outsource strategy and supplier audit preparations - Further contract preparation support of potential business scope Key Qualifications: [Required:] - Strong multi-tasking - Team work spirts and independent working ability - Good inter-personal skills & strategic thinking - Good ability on organization and coordinaion works [Preferred:] Technical skills: - Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (full-stack development capability) - Experience with AI tools and frameworks (Claude Code, Codex, prompt engineering) - Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling) - Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, data cleaning) - Familiarity with APIs & data connectors (REST API, SharePoint, etc.) - Basic knowledge of SharePoint Online (embedding Power BI, UI customization) - Understanding of SQL or database concepts (optional but preferred) Analytical skills: - Basic data analysis skills (trends, KPIs, visualization best practices) Design & Soft skills: - UI/UX awareness (ability to design clean, user-friendly reports & SharePoint pages) - Problem-solving & self-learning ability - Good communication skills (to document processes and present findings) [Bonus:] - Full-stack development experience with leading AI agent products (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) - Experience with workflow automation (Power Automate, CI/CD, DevOps, or Python/R scripting); Vehicle/automotive know-how background
