Volvo Group International Graduate Program – Your springboard to a successful career
The Volvo Group International Graduate Program gives you a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Volvo Group and to kick-start your career through international assignments, work in different parts of the organization, networking, and professional and personal development. Upon completion of the program, you will continue your Volvo career in the department to which you were recruited.
The program runs for 12 months and includes a combination of common and individual graduate activities and day-to-day work at the home company. It consists of three weeks of common development activities with the global graduate group. Common activities in the latest programme took place in Sweden, India and the US.
The program also includes learning activities in your home organisation, project work and an international assignment.
During the program you will gain a solid understanding of the Volvo Group, participate in different training sessions such as diversity, personal development, project management, cross cultural communication etc.

Volvo Penta Market China is within Volvo Penta Region EM&APAC which is responsible for marketing and sales of the complete range of Volvo.
Penta products including Parts and accessories via its importers within Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Oceania, Pacific Basin and Asia. MU China is the biggest market in Region EM&APAC and top 3 markets over the world. Aftermarket Department provides total Aftermarket solution incl. Onsite services, Parts Sales Business, Technical Support and Warranty. Main areas of responsibility
Responsible for the marketing research of the OEM customers, to understand the needs of their end-customers, the productivity of their machine and the advantage/weakness of current powered engine, including engine performance and service/parts offer.
Responsible for presenting the aftermarket offer portfolio to the potential OEM customer, collaborate with engine sales department and the aftermarket internal teams to ensure the fulfillment of business needs.
Act as contact window of aftermarket business to the existing OEM customers, responsible for following up of critical issue, getting feedback the quality update monthly and planning the meeting in regular basis.
Responsible for the promotion of service agreement with OEM customer.
Responsible for the process of application, probation and termination of OEM service contractors.
Responsible for the annual performance assessment with parts price review to OEM service contractors.
Manage the projects of fleet owners in selected segments.
Manage the push-pull and heart-care campaign with OEM customers and fleet owners.
Responsible to customer relationship management to improve the customer satisfaction of OEM customers and fleet owners.
