The Campus Safety Service Center supports the daily campus experience of students, faculty, and staff from around the world. We are looking for friendly, responsible, and service-minded student interns to join our team.
This role is perfect for students who enjoy interacting with people, solving practical problems, and contributing to a welcoming and well-organized campus environment.
The main responsibilities include:
Community Support & Front Desk Engagement
Serve as a friendly first point of contact for our diverse campus community
Assist with inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
Help community members navigate campus services and resolve everyday challenges
Campus Services & Operations Support
Support campus card services (applications, replacements, troubleshooting)
Assist with lost & found coordination and item return
Help process parking-related requests and maintain organized records
Contribute to improving service efficiency and workflow
Campus Engagement
Support campus events and awareness initiatives
Help promote a safe, inclusive, and positive campus culture
Qualifications
Current university student (Sophomore year or above preferred).
Available at least 3 full days per week.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset with patience and professionalism.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
