Job Description:

1. Daily user helpdesk support, including operating systems, software installation and troubleshooting.

2. IP telephony, video conferencing, projector, printer, scanner and copier troubleshooting.

3. DC account management.

4. Basic Linux operating system installation.

5. Daily inspection server room.

Job Requirements:

1. Male.

2. Graduated (or professionally trained) in computer, network or related fields.

3. Familiar with Windows Server 2012 (such as AD / domain / user policy / rights management, etc.)

4. Can independently complete the operating system and software and hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting;

5. Have a sense of responsibility, have better emotional intelligence and communication skills;

6. Experience with Microsoft MCP certification is preferred.
