职位名称：商品部采购实习生

工作时间：每周出勤3-5天，可持续至少3个月

工作地点：上海市南京西路863号

实习待遇：184元/天（税前） 23元/小时（税前）

岗位职责:

1. Cross Brand Transfer Activities: This includes new Style creation, linking BOM’s, & performing the necessary attributing and maintenance to enable x-channel selling.

跨品牌转移：创建新样式、链接BOM、以及执行必要的属性和维护，以支持渠道的销售；

2. Flag Resolution: Completion of all Fields necessary to generate valid style, units, and purchase orders in the Gap Inc. enterprise buying systems.

标识分辨：在企业采购系统中建立有效采购订单；

3. Chase Updates: Completing Chase Change log entries to facilitate the generation of purchase orders for Chase units across Gap Specialty and Gap Factory Stores.

追踪&更新：追踪并更改信息，以便为Gap正价店铺和奥莱店生成采购订单。

4. Population of Pre-Season Buy Quantities: Aggregate Stores + Ecom purchase orders and facilitate systems uploads and Purchase order creation.

季度订单统计：门店和电商平台采购订单的系统上传和创建。

5. Reporting Support. Responsible for Pre-Season and In-Season reporting which includes but is not limited to the FST and Concept Tool.

报告支持：负责季度前和季度内日常报告。

职位要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

本科及以上学历在校生；

2. Familiar with Basic office tool, good computer skills.

具备良好的电脑办公技能；

3. Fluency in Mandarin, written and verbal.

流利的中英文读写能力；

4. Flexible, organized, motivated, and attention to detail.

灵活，有条理，积极主动，做事细心；

5. Problem-solving skills.

   具备解决问题的能力。
