职位描述：

This position develops, validate and integrate electronichardware (sensors, actuators, control units or harnesses) in Cummins engine.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES岗位关键职责:

Electronic control system hardware productdevelopment, verification and application integration;

电子控制系统硬件产品开发，验证及应用集成；

Work with cross-functional teams to deliverhigh-quality electronic hardware products, quality improvement and costreduction;

与跨功能团队合作交付高质量电子硬件产品，质量改进，降本；

Control system hardware problem solving anddocumentation;

控制系统硬件问题解决、文档化；

Qualification & Experience:

Product design and application capabilities:understand the engine electronic control system, define, design and apply thesystem architecture and components of the electronic controller.

产品设计及应用能力：了解发动机电控系统，定义、设计及应用电子控制器的系统架构、组件。

Product verification and validation capabilities:coordinate the development and design verification of electronic control systemhardware and system verification plans to support product decision-making.

产品验证与确认能力：协调电控系统硬件开发设计验证和系统验证计划，支持产品决策。

Problem solving ability: use the companys standardprocess to solve product problems, analyze the cause and find the root cause,summarize and archive.

问题解决能力：运用公司的标准流程来解决产品问题，分析原因并且寻找根本原因，总结归档。

Good communication and teamwork skills.

良好的沟通及团队合作能力。

Good oral and written English skills.

良好的英文口语以及书写能力。
