职位描述：

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The primary purpose of this position is for supporting the whole BD team on all projects to deliver outstanding execution results.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To enable to collect key economic data & necessary background search

Support each potential project with in depth analysis

Collect competitors and market intelligence

Assist Team on leases and trading agreements management

Assist Team on analysis of market opportunities and locations

Assist Team on relations maintenance with landlords and business partners

Assist Team on upkeep and organization of internal archive system

Liaise with related departments i.e. finance, legal, store planning, operation and HR to facilitate the internal process

REQUIREMENTS

Accuracy, great attention to detail

Fluent in oral and written English

College students with at least 3 days’ availability per week

Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit

Good computer skills, especially in MS Office
