Candidate profile:  

• Have a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics or Engineering
• Proficient in GSheets for data analysis
• Good English Proficiency - both verbal and written
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Confident, humble and creative thinking
• Open-minded, willing to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Track daily, weekly and monthly community performance reports with management, and analyze and evaluate the reported data.
• Apply analytics to marketing campaigns - ROI, sales & NPS.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize initiatives and related spend.
• Coordinate data operations (daily stand up, morning status, data meetings, ...)
• Applying data analytics into relevant reporting substanticial to  strategic decisions.
