-Attending E-Learning and face-to-face lectures, complete the training and assessment of product knowledge, professional promotion skills, regional management. Meanwhile, scoring by MCL managers according to the behavioural discipline.

-Understand company culture, master companys compliance policy, SOP and promotional activity’s related behavioural norms.

-Coordinate for HCP activities, deliver product information accurately, accompanied by MCL manager

-Collect market information, submit relevant report on time.

-Attend team weekly meeting or monthly meeting.

Coordinate team and colleagues to accomplish other product related promotion work.
