Rio Tinto is a world leader in finding, mining and processing the Earths mineral resources. Currently, we are looking for one legal intern to join our China legal team.

Job Description

工作内容

Research laws and regulations and communicate with government authorities and external agents

Review and translate legal documents

Assist legal team in provision of legal support to all business units

Other work that instructed by the legal team from time to time

法律法规检索及与政府相关部门和外部代理公司进行沟通

审阅和翻译法律文件

协助法律团队向所有业务部门提供法律支持

法律部门不时安排的其他工作

Qualification

资质要求

Post-graduates in their 1st or 2nd year of study

Undergraduate law major preferred

Fluent English skills

Good skill in information technology and Microsoft Office

Good communication skills

Available at least three days per week

在读一年级或二年级法学硕士

本科是法律专业

流利的英语听说读写能力

熟练操作微软等办公软件

良好的沟通能力

每周可工作三天
