Job Responsibility:
1. New staff on-boarding support :
- Responsible for new staff on-boarding preparation announcement (mail, general service application & preparation, etc.);
- Responsible for new staff announcement preparation;
- Responsible for new staff on-boarding filing & documentation;
- Coordinate the admin support for new staff on-boarding process;
2. Recruitment support:
- Daily recruitment admin support (candidate welcome & reception, interview traffic & accommodation arrangement, reimbursement, etc.);
- Support for campus tours & job fairs (T&E, Material preparation, logistics, on-site coordination, etc.);
- Daily Maintenance & management of all job-boards ;

3. Regular maintenance of Greater China organization chart;
4. Support for publish of Newsletter (material checking, consolidation, vendor coordination, etc.)
5. Support for HR/Labor Union leading events;
6. Support for some projects;
7. Other work assigned
Job Requirements:
1. University student majoring in HR, Business Administration or related subjects;
2. Good language ability both in English and Mandarin;
3. Good team-work and willing to learn;
4. Can work at least 3 days/week, full-timer is highly preferred
