1. Project-related selection of suitable terminal and connector from the Hella portfolio or initiate release of new local or global connector systems in view of Hella strategy

2. Project specific design assessment for connector systems, compare Hella connector system requirements with the connector system and evaluation

3. Initiate Hella release process for new local connector system

4. Review and release function of project connector choice (project review connector system; HF 1055, HF4002)

5. Analyze of terminals and connector from China according risk evaluation

6. Collaborating in the continuing observation, analysis and assessment of the state of technology on the market

7. Planning and execution of DTC measures

8. connector network and personal contacts (internationally) known at local site

9. Training of staff

10. Involve connector experts with higher qualifications if known constraints are exceeded

11. Support packaging technology of electronic devices with the focus on soldering, contact and process technologies for the Business Division Lighting

12. Planning and implementation of product, production and packaging technology qualification

Basic Requirements 基本要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Microsystems Technology, Physics or similar qualification

3. Microsoft, Catia

4. Proficient English both in spoken and written

5. A degree in electronic engineering, engineering science or microsystems technology or comparable qualification

6. Previous experience in the connector systems field would be advantageous

7. Knowledge of relevant specifications of connector systems and their implementation as well as their analysis and assessment

8. Experience in the implementation of endurance testing of automotive components

9. Basics of project or supplier management

10. Basics of tooling and process engineering as well as materials science

11. Systematic engineering, ability to learn quickly and understand several subject areas

12. Good communication skills, enthusiasm, team spirit
