WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:Support and management of CRM projects. Allocate time to each project and proactively complete work tasks on time and to a high standard.Support CRM campaigns execution. Provide regular tracking, reporting and optimizing for multi-channel performance. Assist with regular CRM reports update and data analysis.Works closely with store staff and to bridge communications between CRM and Retail stores.Support with the creation of training and briefing documentation and presentations.WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT:Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field; postgraduate degree preferred.Passionate to work with systems and familiar with Microsoft office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint .Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data.Detail oriented, initiative and strong sense of responsibility.Strong communications skill in both Chinese and English is a plus.5 days per week, last at least 6 months.WHAT WE OFFER:In this job you get to work in a fast-paced and rapid-growing environment where you need to be flexible day to day.
