Brief Description of Assignment:
The target is to optimize the current supplier management database for new functions and new reports. To utilize the system raw data to monitor our supplier and sub-supplier more comprehensively and accurately.
Furthermore, to use this chance to complete the documentation for further maintenance and development.
Responsibility:
1. Develop an Access database for sub-supplier management according to the requirements/logic given.
2. Document the structure for existing database.
3. Document the SOP about how to use the Access tool (user manual).
4. Document Dev. & maintenance manual.
5. Train the people for using the tool.
6. Support the new tool trail run and fix the problem.
7. Monitor the tool utilization for a certain period and keep optimizing it.
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualification Requirement:
1) Bachelor or above in Computer, IT or database management related major.
2) Experienced in programming in Access.
3) 5 working days per week availability for 6 month.
4) Good skills in MS office.
5) Fluent in English.
