Job Purpose: Support the 3500 Engine and Genset Pkg Development. 支持3500发动机及发电机组业务发展。 Job Duties: Work on the product of 3500 series engine and genset package, responsible for the internal and external quality control. 3500系列发动机和发电机组的质量管控工作。 Lead a project to use new technology to do the quality data analysis. 领导一个关于使用新技术进行质量数据分析的项目。 Internal and external quality defects analysis, write the technical report. 内外部质量问题分析，撰写技术问题分析报告。 Participant the new projects for the quality improvement. 参与质量持续改进项目。 Required Qualification: Master student in mechanical/electrical Engineering, internal combustion engine, vehicle engineering or equivalent. 机械工程，电气工程，内燃机，车辆工程等相关专业，研究生在读。 Excellent in English communication with people/team from different background and culture (oral & written). 英语听说读写能力强，能与不同背景文化的人无障碍沟通。 Demonstrated good team work and communication skill. 具有团队合作意识，与人沟通交往能力强。 Preferred Qualifications: Be diligent, proactive, self-motivated to get the job done on time. 勤奋主动，自我激发，按时完成工作。 Be created, be interested in and open-minded to new knowledge and technology, with strong willing to learn. 有创新精神, 对于新知识，新技术有开放的心态和强烈的求知欲。 研究生在读，实习期至少保证半年，每周3-5天，坐标空港，免费班车和餐饮，实习津贴有竞争力，工作时间早8：00-晚4：30~
