工作职责:
1. 接听客户电话,记录客户信息及需求;
2. 在指导下接待客户;
3. 更新档案。
岗位要求:
1.本科在读,每周至少实习3天;
2.良好的英语听说读写能力;
3.对客户服务工作有较高的热情;
4.具备较强的自主学习能力。
一经录用,公司将提供相应培训。
Responsibility:
a. Take care of incoming calls from customers
b. Handle clients’ requests & Document all matters related to each customer service request
c. Provide logistic support in service delivery to customers
Qualifications:
a. Undergraduate student, can do internship at least 3 days per week;
b. Good English in both spoken and written;
c. Have a passion for service and results;
d. Willing to learn.
