职位说明 Responsibilities:
1. 完成客户公司的岗位招聘,发布并维护招聘渠道;
Fill the positions which assigned by Client, post and maintain recruitment channel;
2. 进行候选人管理,包含搜寻、筛选候选人简历,更新维护招聘管理系统,安排并跟进面试等;
Manage candidates, including Searching, screening candidates’ resume, updating and maintaining recruitment management system, arranging and following up with the interview, etc;
3. 协助完成目标行业客户信息分析,向候选人及客户持续提供高质量服务,维护及加强候选人与相关客户的日常关系;
Support to complete the analysis of target customer information, continuously provide candidates and clients with high quality services, Deepen relationship with clients and candidates;
4. 乐于进取、能与团队共同成长;
Align with Allegis culture, develop yourself and along with team;
5. 其他交予的项目任务。

职位要求 Requirements:
1. 本科学历及以上,专业不限(计算机、信息工程技术、数据相关专业优先);
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, information technology, data science related are preferred.
2. 有良好的中英文沟通能力;
Good command of English and Mandarin;
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和销售特质;
Good communication skills, sales attitude with winning spirits;
4. 结果导向、有承诺、有责任心、抗压能力强;
Results-oriented, highly responsible and committed, able to work under stress;
5. 积极主动、愿意及时沟通,具有良好的团队合作能力。
Initiative, willing to communicate in time and have good team cooperation ability.
