职责

1) Leads the monitoring and analysis of priority healthcare related policy dynamics in alignment with

annual CAMAC policy priorities that address pricing and financing, reimbursement, and patient access to innovative health technologies, especially SRPL products 2) Facilitates communication and discussion of priority policy information through regular CAMAC Market Access Policy Exchange Platform for all SRPL teams 3) Establish close relationship with key stakeholders in healthcare policy intelligence, especially pharmaceuticals related 4) To coordinate and communicate with business, strategic planning, and related divisional teams for planning and tracking of the implementation of annual CAMAC priority goals in pricing, reimbursement,

and channel (PRC) management

Education/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书 1. Bachelor’s degree in applied scientific disciplines including but not limited to business administration, economics, finance/accounting, operational science, health policy, pharmacy administration or other relevant qualifications; advanced degree desirable Job Required Competencies 岗位所需胜任力 1. Strong knowledge of general healthcare policy environment in China and specifically, market access environment at national, provincial, and local levels including public, private, and commercial dynamics preferred 2. Strong strategic mindset, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, and the ability to balance short and long term priorities 3. Excellent oral and written skills; strong presentation and communication skills 4. Fluency in Chinese and English 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PPT
