Your Responsibilities:
Work closely with mentor, assisting preparation of following tasks:
1. Assist in Recruiting, Training and Internal Communication topics.
2. Support full-cycle recruitment implementation, including job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, candidate and communication, etc.
3. Support HR Training related topics, operation process, communication, reporting, etc.
4. Support HR Communication projects including scheduling, coordination, stakeholders’ communication, employee engagement, project tracking etc.
5. Support the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic HR initiatives, contributing to project preparation, execution and delivery.
6. Assist in Employer Branding promotion, including HR WeChat account operation, topic brainstorm, video shooting, stakeholders’ coordination, etc.
7. Provide support on internal working guideline revision and translation.
8. Provide support on internal meetings arrangements, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
9. Other ad-hoc tasks, including documentation, data analysis & reporting, email drafting, meeting room booking, etc.
Our Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
• Fast learner, good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and result-driven.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Power Point and Excel), data analysis is a plus.
• Minimum of four days a week, 3~6 months' duration.
