Job Description *Provide technical support and training to Junior engineers as need. *Support Continued development and improvement for performance tools/processes *Lead projects to directly impact productivity and fulfillment efforts *Make engineering evaluation on parts repair per inspection result and working scope defined in repair contract *Edit repair process document for each project per actual repair requirement *technical solution & decision making in repair process with optimization *Review repair Schedule to meet customer requirement *Pick replacement part & consumable material and POR for components repair *Work with RDC and RTCoE team for NPI Project execution and new product line qualification *Review cost structure by project level.
