Responsibility: 1. Issue the job advertising on recruitment website 2. Maintain and update the candidate pool 3. Arrange interviews with the requirements 4. Prepare monthly interview timetable record 5. Prepare the monthly attendance report of BJ office staff 6. Assist to participate in any related ad hoc project Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, Human Resources Management and other related professional graduates 2. Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, well organized and efficient 3. Proactive, willing to learn, highly flexible & adaptive 4. Good team worker, Good communication skills 5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, incl. MS Word, MS Excel and so on 6. Good English both in oral and writing Available Time: At least 3 work days per week 9:00--18:00
