Responsibilities: To manage office maintenance, office renovation; To arrange the course materials; To perform general office administration duties; To arrange the classroom setting; To arrange the web-casting Others training support Experience and Knowledge: Previous experience in training administration or office assistant role would be a plus for the application Good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT Good planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure Positive working attitude and good team work spirit Reasonable English standard
