Area of responsibility Purpose: • Support office manager with the daily office management, admin, finance, and HR related work • Secretary and support for Admin and Finance manager Specific tasks Including but not limited to: • General administrative support • Office space management- coordinate with suppliers, and related third parties • Finance support: monthly reimbursement and bank payment check, etc. • Schedule meetings- maintain the appointment diary / arrange the meeting rooms • Basic support: info queries, courier services, translation etc. • Coordination for event support • Ad hoc task Competencies Functional competencies: • Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese and English • Experience from Microsoft office tools. • Major in Economics is a plus General competencies: • Bachelor’s degree or above • Excellent written and oral communication in Mandarin and English (MUST)
