1. To deal with all admin work of training including but not limited: training calendar, training posing, venue booking, client communication, training invitation, assignment tracking, training material preparation, certificates printing, payment arrangement, etc.;
处理所有和培训相关的行政工作,包括但不限于:培训日历,培训发起,场地预订,客户沟通,培训邀请,任务跟踪,培训材料准备,证书打印,付款安排等;
2. In charge of training events logistic arrangement and coordinate with instructors and participants
负责培训活动后勤安排,并与导师及学员协调;
3. To coordinate with finance department and BUs on quarterly billing & payment arrangement;
与财务部门和巴士协调季度账单和付款安排;
4. To summary training report and participants learning journal;
总结培训报告和学员学习日志;
5. Maintaining training database and Learning Management System to making sure training record is good;
维护培训数据库和学习管理系统,确保培训记录良好;
6. Ensuring good tracking of all training documentation and facility;
确保所有培训文件和设施的良好跟踪;
7. Other job assigned by O & TD team and other HR departments;
其他部门和其他人力资源部门指派的其他工作;
Required Skills and Experiences:
1. College degree is required, at least 1-year experience in training and admin area;
大专以上学历,至少1年以上培训和行政管理经验,应届毕业生也可接受;
2. Good command of verbal and written English and computer skills such as Excel, Word, etc.;
良好的口头和书面英语和计算机技能,如Excel,Word等;
3. Strong customer oriented, interpersonal and communication skills;
较强的客户导向,人际沟通能力;
4. Scrupulous, Strong Executive Ability;
严谨,执行力强;
5. High sense of responsibility and high willingness to learn and love training career
