Role summary
As a Customer Success Intern, you will work alongside our customer Success team to support customer engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience in onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion—the full lifecycle of a customer relationship. This role is designed for empathetic, proactive learners who are passionate about helping customers succeed and want to build a career in customer-centric, revenue-impacting roles.

What you’ll do
· Assist CSMs team in facilitating offline workshops, salons, events etc;
· Support to internal escalating technical issues when needed.
· Assist in tracking upcoming outreach campaigns.
· Prepare business review (QBR) materials, and note-taking
· Support the creation of customer success collateral: playbooks, guides, and best practice documentation.
Who you are -
· Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field and to graduate before September 2027
· Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You take pride in accuracy and creating order.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Cross-cultural sensitivity; international experience or additional language skills are a plus.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides).
· A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on various administrative tasks to support the team.
· Interest in sales, technology, and international business. Curiosity and eagerness to learn are essential.
· Available to start immediately for year-round internship (preferred).
