Job description:

1. 支持端到端流程与日常工作 Involved in E2E Employee Life Cycle processes and support relevant daily operations 2. 管理员工合同/转正/离职等文件，比如做电子档案，办理员工证明等 Involved in employee’s contract/probation/termination management, e.g. P-file and E-filing/Certificate generation 3. 协助培训与三方公司的沟通，比如签证办理 Support training and communication with vendors like visa office 4. 有机会支持各类内外部活动与项目，进行报表统计/PPT海报设计/文档翻译等 Have opportunity to support activities, internal & external projects, e.g. Data consolidation/PPT design/Document translation 5. 为员工提供HR内部与跨部门之间的人事服务 Offer Internal & Cross-functional HR services for employees 要 求：  1.英语六级以上，干预口语与外籍员工当面交流，英语或人力资源/工商管理专业优先； 2.善于使用办公软件Office，性格开朗外向，有学生会活动组织经历的优先。 3.每周实习三天及以上，至少可以实习至暑期结束；稳定性优先。

实习薪资：120-150一天
